currently on hold with the 3rd person in singtel cause they like transferring department. oh,btw its been 30mins on the phone already. mad angry i shouted at the operator. its not my fault that you cant answer my question and the fucking billing department is closed and you cant get them to call me back. its a simple question all i need is a answer, not 10mins on hold and you tell me fucking rubbish. maybe the fact that my parents are breathing down my neck isnt helping either. but get the facts right before you tell me. everyone has a different story. then bill come i have to fucking pay. its 382 (for one country alone)not 3.82 okay?! i select correct operator pay, wrong operator pay. then i sign up for dataroam for fuck? you just step on my tail for the wrong reasons today dude.
